Consent to Personal Data Processing

Version of October 9, 2026.

By tapping “Create account” (or “Give me a code”) in Lumex, with a link to this document right under it, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the operator — Akhmedkhan Timurovich Sharapudinov (contact: support@lumexquest.ru) — processing my personal data on the following terms. If the account is created for a child under 14, consent is given by their parent or legal guardian.

1. What data

• email address (if the account is created with email);
• password — as an irreversible hash; or the player code;
• in-game name (nickname) and chosen avatar hero;
• a flag that I am under 14, based on the year of birth (the year itself is not stored);
• learning progress: paths and goal texts, task answers and mistakes, XP, levels, streak, rewards, energy;
• technical data: a random device number, app version, device type, in-game usage events, and the country derived from the network address (the address itself is not stored).

2. Why

• to create the account, let me sign in on different devices and keep my progress;
• to build learning paths and tasks for my level and bring topics back for review;
• to show my nickname, hero, level and XP on the leaderboard;
• to answer my support requests;
• to find bugs and improve the game using anonymised statistics.

3. What is done with it

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the extent described below, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.

4. Who receives it

• The language model provider (Anthropic PBC, USA) and the technology partner’s gateway the request goes through — only the goal text (and a photo for the goal if I attach one myself; the photo is not stored), lesson topic, level and recent answers, without email, name or account number; to write tasks.
• The PostHog analytics service (servers in the European Union) — anonymised events and the account number, without email or name; to see where the game is inconvenient.

I consent to the cross-border transfer of this data to these countries, including the USA, to the extent necessary for the game to work. The main database is stored on a server in Russia.

5. Duration and withdrawal

The consent is valid while the account exists or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw it at any time: delete the account (Settings → Delete account) or write to support@lumexquest.ru. After withdrawal, account data is deleted within 10 business days and anonymised events are no longer linked to the account; I can keep playing without an account.
