A mistake in a task

Every task has a “Something wrong with this task?” button underneath — that’s the fastest way. Tapping it sends us the task itself, the correct answer and yours, with no personal data at all. We review these reports and fix the generation.

The path won’t build

Lumex creates tasks on our server, so you need an internet connection. If the path takes longer than a minute to build, check your connection and try again; if that doesn’t help, write to us — we’ll see it in the log.

Forgot your password

Write to us from the email address you used for your account, and we’ll help you sign in. You won’t lose any progress.

Delete your account

“Settings” → Delete account. It’s deleted immediately and for good: your email, password and all cloud progress. You can also ask us by email.

How much it costs

Nothing. The game is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
